evaluación de proyectos, PYMESAbstract
One of the main limitations for the successful completion of a project is the establishment of evaluation parameters that review only the quantitative variables, leaving aside the internal and external factors that may influence both the start of a new project and its expansion, replacement or improvement. In the case of small and medium-sized companies, it is necessary to consider both quantitative and qualitative variables in order to understand not only the financial aspect of the project, but also the technical and market aspects that allow us to present a panorama of less uncertainty and improve conditions in the execution of the project.
