The development of the covid-19 pandemic at a global level has introduced new approaches in the management of organizational processes, managing to transform companies, governments and even daily life, with unprecedented consequences in Ecuador and the world. In the workplace there was a sustainability crisis, where many companies opted to reduce the number of employees or to reduce the workload, with the consequent reduction in wages. Although these changes involve new employment, productive and commercial options, pressing needs also arise as a result of the restructuring of each business system.
