About the Journal

E Í D O S  is a scientific publication of the University Editorial of UTE, funded by the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU-UTE), under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Its purpose is to disseminate national and international academic production through original articles on topics related to architecture, urbanism, landscape, and culture. It is published on a fixed biannual basis.

The journal is aimed at the international community of researchers, scientists, students, and professionals in general, and accepts manuscripts written in English and Spanish.

EÍDOS is indexed in Latindex 2.0, DOAJ, Dialnet, WorldCat, Google Scholar, Sherpa Romeo, MIAR, OEI, BASE, CiteFactor, Refseek, Research Biblioteque, ISSN, CIRC, Gold Rush, Wizdom, LatinRev, Latinoamericana, Europub, CEENDX, and Politecnico di Milano.

EÍDOS acknowledges receipt of the works sent by the authors and informs through the platform about the estimation/dismissal process, and acceptance/rejection, as well as, in case of acceptance, the editing process. On the official website (sección Normativas), the complete publication guidelines, pre-submission checklist, manuscript structure format, fillable cover letter and cover page, guide for OJS manuscript submission (manager), as well as the evaluation protocol for external reviewers are provided.

Within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of each work, you will receive a notification of receipt, indicating whether the work is dismissed or preliminarily deemed for evaluation by the scientific advisors. No further correspondence will be maintained with authors of dismissed articles. Conversely, if there are superficial formal deficiencies, the manuscript will be returned to the author for correction before the evaluation process begins. It is recommended to check the manuscript with the self-checklist before submission.
