One of the elements that influences the efficient performance of employees, and of which few employers in the country are aware, is the use of ergonomic considerations when thinking about work spaces, where the employee will spend eight hours of his life. The use of ergonomic chairs, desks and keyboards prevents ailments and injuries, such as the well-known "carpal tunnel syndrome", or other diseases that can disable the worker to perform his daily task. Hence the relevance of thinking about anthropometrically adequate spaces for the development of the tasks of the employees.
