Implementación de tecnologías ecológicas y tecnología BIM, en edificios de viviendas para la ciudad de Loja-Ecuador

The present research is based on a study carried out in the City of Loja-Ecuador, and that implemented in its architectural design, several criteria of ecological technologies. A BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology program called Revit Architecture was also used. This was to make a 3d model of the preliminary draft, and then it allowed to obtain an IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) format; a format that was added after several computerized simulators, which allowed to perform several tests until an architectural design was found that meets the parameters of: internal thermal comfort, good lighting, good ventilation; and finally forecast the energy efficiency of the building throughout its lifetime. Once all these data have been obtained, a calculation of the collection and subsequent reuse of rainwater was also developed, as was the use of photovoltaic panels. All this was concluded with a prototype high-rise housing for the city of Loja, which contains sustainable criteria, bioclimatic and ecological technologies; which are intended to create a building that reduces pollution throughout its useful life. In addition, based on the temperature study carried out in March 2015; the optimum materials are released in temperate climates, and can be used in the different projects of sustainable architecture; both in single-family homes and in high-rise buildings.
