Abstract

Social Business Responsibility (SBR) is a voluntary commitment assumed by the company to contribute social sustainable development; this responsibility must be conceived from a systematic approach, this is an integrating instrument which considers many elements and relations on the organization structure to identify needs, determine strategies, select, apply and assess the results gotten, which generates the appropriate management model that permits the company to add, as part of its strategic planning, some tools to meet necessities from stakeholders, interested groups and society; elements that must be involved in the process of making institutional decisions, such actions makes the organization reach excellence.
