Cultura y diseño regenerativo en el aula

Durante los años 2020 y 2021, en nuestra universidad hemos desarrollado un programa de formación docente para dar respuesta a la necesidad de formar a enseñantes que promuevan un cambio en sus estudiantes, con el objetivo que estos desarrollen e incorporen una mirada “regenerativa” en su futuro rol profesional.
En la actualidad nuestros estudiantes y profesionales titulados son y han sido formados para tener un “espíritu emprendedor”, respondiendo al sello institucional, no obstante, los nuevos tiempos claman por un urgente llamado de atención por la transgresión a los límites planetarios. Por esta razón, nuestro “planeta”, necesita y demanda nuevos “espíritus”, que además de ser emprendedores desarrollen una visión sistémica, sobre los efectos de nuestras conductas en el calentamiento global y en el medioambiente.
En este artículo se plasma la experiencia de creación y puesta en marcha de dos cursos a docentes en Economías regenerativas, post-covid y otros acontecimientos, realizado el primer semestre de 2020 y el curso Innovación para un mundo más Regenerativo y Sostenible, durante el primer semestre de 2021. Participaron 30 docentes de sedes de Santiago y Temuco y se conformaron grupos interdisciplinarios de co-creación y diálogo.
