Since the Industrial Revolution, economic and production models have maintained a continuous process of change, in accordance with the profound political, technological and social transformations that have occurred in the world in recent centuries. But it is precisely these transformations that make it necessary to rethink production and consumption behavior models in order to preserve natural resources and think about a sustainable and planet-friendly economy.
